- Launcher icon adaptive background → dark navy #141A2A (matching the splash), replacing the indigo tile - Splash uses assets/splash.png (logo centered with ~50% transparent margin) so the mark renders noticeably smaller than before - Splash still theme-adaptive (white light / dark navy) - Bump version to 1.0.9+10
