Hermes

Hermes Agent installs skills from sources it already supports: ClawHub, a GitHub owner/repo/path, a raw single-file SKILL.md URL, and custom taps. DreamLayer is reachable through all four today, so there is no separate Hermes listing to create and nothing to duplicate.

All four routes were verified to resolve on 2026-09-25: the GitHub contents API for the skill folder, the raw SKILL.md, the nine-skill folder a tap would read, the ClawHub install reference, and the skills.sh index.

docs/hermes-setup.md gives the exact command for each route, the MCP server block on the current @dreamlayer/mcp@0.4.0-beta.4 pin, the two free checks to run before paid work, and the honest limits.

The Hermes CLI itself could not be exercised here: npm i -g hermes-agent@0.21.5 fails in its postinstall while building an isolated Python runtime, because cryptography 50.0.0 needs a Rust toolchain that is not present. Installing Rust for a third-party host was out of scope.

Unity

Unity is the one claim this repository cannot support, so docs/unity-editor-test-plan.md makes that explicit and hands over a ready-to-run plan: required environment, the importer command, the editor steps, and the pass criteria.

What was verified without an editor, from a fresh importer run on the real bundle:

  • the documented layout is produced, scripts plus Resources/DreamLayerDemo plus seven PNGs;
  • every frame is PNG colour type 6 at 128x128, matching the manifest's width and height;
  • the manifest's frame list matches the files one for one and durations_ms sums to 2830;
  • the generated scripts expose Tools/DreamLayer/Create sprite demo, load the manifest through Resources, and set TextureImporterType.Sprite with alphaIsTransparency.

Unity Hub and the editor are not installed on this machine, and installing a multi-gigabyte editor, creating an account or accepting a licence were all out of scope. Nothing anywhere claims Unity validation.

python3 scripts/validate.py passes.

Hermes installs skills from ClawHub, a GitHub owner/repo/path, a raw SKILL.md URL
or a tap, and DreamLayer is already reachable through all four, so it needs no
separate Hermes listing. docs/hermes-setup.md gives the exact commands for each
route, the MCP server block, the two free checks to run before paid work, and the
limits, including that Unity editor validation is not confirmed.

docs/unity-editor-test-plan.md exists because Unity is the one claim this
repository cannot currently support. It records what was verified without an
editor on 2026-09-25 from a fresh importer run, seven RGBA frames at 128x128 with
durations summing to 2830 ms and scripts exposing the documented menu item, then
gives the exact steps, required environment and pass criteria for whoever runs
the editor. Every surface keeps saying Unity is unvalidated until that happens.
