Adds
dreamlayer spritewith walk/run/idle actions, strict 7–100 frame counts, fractional credit limits, resumable status/events, and ZIP download.Pricing uses $0.14 for the first 14 frames, then $0.07 each, converted at $0.17 per credit and rounded upward once per complete order to 0.1 credit. Balance output explains that the combined available total determines affordability when separately floored funding buckets add to 0.1 credit less. JSON output stays unchanged. Failed or expired sprite jobs restore their holds; there is no customer sprite cancellation command.
Validation: 41 tests passed. The packed local artifact installed and passed offline quote, balance, and help checks. Existing seven-boundary and 100-frame fixture download evidence is reused. No new paid calls or package publication occurred. Fresh live 100-frame quality, duration, and actual total cost remain unverified.
