This allows the user to load data for the QTL and Genomic Region View through an HTTP URL. I don't really know how the datasets for the other views work, so currently it only works for those two views. For this, the backend needs to install pyBigWig with the optional libcurl library. So they need to install it first before they install pyBigWig. They can enable remote loading in the
settings.pyor.envfile.
