Summary

This PR updates the canonical Curated Beginner Issues Catalog to record and map newly provisioned good first issues (#80–#89 and #91–#95) for community contributors.

Key Changes

• Catalog Expansion: Added entries for 15 new beginner-friendly, single-file issues across Accessibility ([A11y]), JSDoc Documentation ([JSDoc]), and Unit Testing ([Test]).
• Label Taxonomy: Ensured full label alignment (good first issue, beginner friendly, help wanted, accessibility, testing, area:core, hacktoberfest, time:<15m, etc.).
• Live Issue Mapping: Updated the live issue catalog table in docs/GITHUB_BEGINNER_ISSUES.md with direct links to each issue.
