feat: full engine parity (estimate, calibration, emit, backfill, dedup, predict forward-view) — v0.2.0 - #1

Bring the SDK up to the engine's current RPC surface. New methods:
- lattice.estimate() — deterministic estimators (PhenoAge bio-age)
- lattice.getCalibration() — prediction reliability (confidence -> hit-rate)
- events.emit() — write-side of the event log (was poll-only)
- memory.admin.backfillEmbeddings() — vectorize items missing an embedding
- memory.admin.dedup() — semantic dedup (distinct from LLM consolidate)
- lattice.predict() — + occurrencesPerPattern / emitEvents /
imminentWithinHours (forward view + events bridge),
PredictResult.eventsEmitted
Anti-drift: vendor proto/memory.proto (engine main @ d96330867a99) +
proto/coverage.json classifying all 31 RPCs (26 covered, 5 intentionally
internal) + scripts/check-proto-drift.mjs (npm run check:proto) which fails when
the proto gains an unclassified RPC. Bump 0.1.0 -> 0.2.0. tsc + build clean.
Intentionally internal (server-side only): ResolveOrCreateEntity, ExtractAndWire,
BudgetGate, RecordCost, Health.
