The release-content prompt now tells the drafter to describe what the user can do or see (never internal feature names), keeps the em-dash ban, and relaxes social bullets to 60 characters so plain phrasing fits. Prompted by v0.3.3's 'Docked composer notices' bullet, which meant nothing outside the repo.

The release-content prompt now tells the drafter to describe what the user can do or see, in plain words, never internal feature names, with an explicit em-dash ban and a 60-character bullet budget so plain phrasing fits. Prompted by v0.3.3's social bullet 'Docked composer notices', which is meaningless outside the repo. Example contrast is written into the prompt.
