Tell the README about onboarding, phone access, and the usage dashboard - #145

The install warning claimed users must install and authenticate providers before use, which the first-run setup made false: it installs the CLIs with one click and signs in without leaving the app. The warning becomes a note saying so. Three Why bullets cover the features that arrived after the README was written: guided setup, phone pairing as a first-class client, and the cross-machine usage dashboard.

Follow-up to Will's review question: the install WARNING claimed users must install and authenticate providers before use, which onboarding made false (one-click install plus in-app sign-in), so it becomes a NOTE saying so. Three new Why bullets for the post-README features: guided first-run setup, phone pairing, cross-machine usage dashboard.
