Merge-time follow-up to the already merged #601.
The original plugin update was merged at ce4aea9. This follow-up carries 8942818 and changes only two plugin Gitlinks and the dated compatibility record.
Merge after installer #10 and the exact parent revision's checks pass. The one-time installer preparation workflow is absent from the pinned final tree. No production OAuth, billable inference or package publication.
