fix: adapt LMM provider to DSH 0.2.1-alpha.2

Changes

• Adapt to DSH 0.2.1-alpha.2 (which upgraded @earendil-works/pi-ai from 0.87 to 1.x), retaining older stable and alpha hosts.
• Fix a proven TypeScript incompatibility caused by installing a second copy of pi-ai with a different transcript brand. Declare the SDK as a host-owned peer, use the corresponding host SDK during tests, and preserve the older pinned development baseline.
• Bump plugin source version to 0.1.0-alpha.7, update docs, add an explicit alpha.2 host matrix entry and guard against duplicate runtime SDK installs.

Validation

The initial alpha.2 matrix reproduced TS2322 at src/index.ts:177; stable/alpha.1 were green. After the fix, all four jobs in CI run 37968296755 passed: stable 0.2.0-rc.2, prerelease 0.2.1-alpha.1, prerelease 0.2.1-alpha.2, and npm latest. Each exercises type checking, unit tests, package build, real Web-host OAuth/RPC/catalog/streaming/logout fixture and built tarball host installation. A README-only follow-up requires its own green status.

No real OAuth secrets, billable LMM calls, npm release publication or production deployment. Sync parent api.lmm.best Gitlink only after merge.
