DSH setup installed a stale 0.1.5 host and alpha.3 plugin. Install the official current host and pnpm, then resolve the current built LMM GitHub release to a versioned asset URL. This avoids cached preview metadata and source archives without the built client/server bundles, while preserving the selected profile and existing credentials.

Validation: ShellCheck, Bash syntax, offline command contracts for success/profile forwarding, npm failure, missing release and foreign URL rejection. Existing platform CI also exercises PowerShell and real installation. The provider release is independently tested on the official DSH Web host through OAuth callback, catalog and streaming invocation.
