In network dao proposal detail page, after click 'Release' button, approve transaction, then users can still click 'Release' button.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enter network dao proposal page
2. Create a proposal, approve it
3. Enter this proposal detail page, click 'Release' button, approve transaction

Current Behavior

• After click 'Release' button, approve transaction, 'Release' button still display, and users can still click 'Release' button
  

Expected Behavior

• After click 'Release' button, approve transaction, 'Release' button should not display, unless transaction not successfully executed
