這是本系統最重要的創世宣言。DROS 不是「又一個佛學聊天機器人 (Yet Another Buddhist Chatbot)」，而是一個**「治理 LLM 佛法推理的語意運行時系統 (A Semantic Runtime System for Governing LLM Dharma Reasoning)」**。
它的核心目的，是將神聖且高密度的佛教義理、經律論及名相辭典，轉化為 AI 可讀、可推演、受戒律合約控制的結構化語意實體與推理軌跡軌道，徹底根除大語言模型在法義推理時的幻覺迷霧，實現矽基智能的「名相免疫與正法對齊」。
- 僅限推理網關與決策約束 (Reasoning Gateway & Decision Constraint Only): 這是 DROS 的唯一功能。DROS 是一個 Reasoning Runtime Constraint Gateway，它「不」提供任何形式的「佛法生成式教導 (Generative AI Guru)」服務。它只是一個將大模型 (LLMs) 限制在「阿賴耶識」、「真如」等權威節點上的緊身衣 (Hallucination Constraint Straitjacket)。
- 無屬靈權威 (No Spiritual Authority or Validation): 這是 DROS 的絕對紅線。DROS 產出的任何圖譜、節點、上下文，皆不具備任何宗教層面的「印證」、「加持」或「神聖性」。它只是一個冷酷的、機械化的語意映射工具 (Semantic Mapper)。它絕對不會、也不能為您的修行境界背書。

- 無感免疫機制 (Sectarian Taxonomy Decoupling) ── 將實體資料夾路徑與 AI 注意力機制完全解耦。即使實體檔案放錯資料夾，也不會對 AI 產生 Labeling 污染，實現零幻覺推理。
- 系統呼叫 (System Calls) 直接外包 ── 我們不用 C 語言刻苦地編寫物理中斷向量，而是用 YAML 撰寫金剛合約 (Vajra Contract)，用 Markdown 系統提示詞 來封裝 DROS 的系統呼叫與安全邊界控制。
- 系統架構與微內核 (Engine & Micro-kernels): 採用 AGPL-3.0 授權。任何基於本系統進行的修改與網路服務提供（包括 API、SaaS），皆必須開放原始碼。
- 黃金節點數據庫 (Golden Nodes Dataset): 採用 CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 授權。嚴禁未經授權的商業使用。商業部署請洽詢官方取得 Commercial License。
