[Enhancement] Update design to better align with COSMIC design language

Description

The current applet UI is functional, but it feels inconsistent with the visual hierarchy and interaction patterns used throughout COSMIC applications.

This proposal redesigns the applet to better match COSMIC's design language by improving hierarchy, grouping, and navigation while keeping the interface compact.

Proposed:

• Manage models page to enable or disable the entry of that model in main page
• Model specific settings exists within it's own page
• Settings page will only host generic settings that applies to every model
• A dedicated About page

• Only enabled models will be listed in Tabbar

Can you please look into Minimon applet, which recently updated it's UI with similar UI design.

There are a couple of minor adjustments that can make the design even better

• Remove Developers section in About page (similar to Minimon)

• Match horizontal padding in all pages (Similar to about page)

• Pressing on the tile itself should also trigger the switch (COSMIC apps use this behavior)

Did we lose functionality in the redesign? Such as showing two Claude account usages together. I don't see an option for that anymore

Yes, the side-by-side view was removed in favor of this design, where you can switch between accounts with the arrow buttons. Did you prefer the old GUI?

Perhaps a toggle in settings can be introduced to show multiple accounts verticallly?

Edit: If we did so, it would take up a lot more space, which wouldn't be ideal. Perhaps the toggle could append an extra column to the view, like it used to, for users who prefer to have multiple accounts visible at the same time. But even then, there's the issue of how many accounts can be shown simultaneously. The more accounts a platform has, the more height and width the applet would need to utilize.

One of the intentions behind the redesign was to make sure this applet had the same width as the rest of the system and third-party applets. However, if that doesn't work well for users, I guess exceptions could be made for certain applications (use cases).

@TopiCsarno Admittedly I do prefer the old UI quite strongly. I like to keep watch on my personal and work account usage simultaneously so the new update feels like a regression in functionality for me (including showing them both in the minimized applet). I'm also sad that the quit button is gone, I used it daily.

One minor feedback for the new ui though is the "Manage accounts >" button I feel should not have the right arrow ">" in it. I keep accidentally misclicking it when I mean to go to the next account
