- Add observations system for tracking issues discovered during service (e.g. "Brake pads front at minimum")
- New "Observations" tab on vehicle detail page with severity levels (urgent/needs work/monitor)
- Add observations from within work orders via the "Observation" button in Labor & Services
- Show observations on invoice PDF and shared digital invoice
- Select observations to create a new work order, or add existing ones to the current work order via dialog
