This Clarity smart contract implements a time-based whitelist system where the contract owner can manage whitelisted addresses with expiration dates. It allows adding addresses, deactivating entries, and updating expiration times, while enforcing minimum expiration periods and security checks. The whitelist status of any address can be queried to check if it's both active and not expired.
