Updated LASTZ_40 and ASTRAL-Pro3 executable path (latest release for ROADIES bioconda recipe)

This release contains the changes done till this commit on new_release branch - 0d36181

Please don't use this release if you are installing ROADIES directly through source code.

If you want to install ROADIES directly through source code, clone the head branch directly and follow the instructions on README.md

Converge mode is now default (only for bioconda recipes)

• Converge mode is the default option
• Use non convergence mode by using --noconverge argument
• Taken from new_release branch - commit number 737853f
