feat(figma): design dark mode verification wizard steps

Summary

Designed and reviewed the Dark Mode UI/UX for the StellarProof Verification Wizard in Figma, covering the complete set of requested wizard steps.

What Was Done

• Created high-fidelity Dark Mode designs for each Verification Wizard step.
• Applied consistent dark surfaces, typography, spacing, alignment, and contrast.
• Used reusable Figma components and auto-layout for maintainable designs.
• Created responsive layouts and variants where appropriate.
• Organized frames, layers, and components with clear naming conventions.
• Maintained visual consistency with the existing StellarProof design system.
• Reviewed the complete wizard flow to ensure a cohesive experience from media upload through transaction submission.

This PR contains Figma/UI/UX design work only and does not include frontend implementation.
