Option to see temperature in the past

It would be nice to scroll the temperature chart backwards in order to check what temperature was during last night, for example. Another idea is to have two lines: temperature forecasted certain amount of time ago (with an option to choose the time) and actual one as it was registered. This will help to decide if the forecast model is accurate or not. But I doubt APIs provide historical forecast data though.

I like this idea, but I would need to figure out a good way to add it to the app. The APIs do provide historical data. However, the OpenWeatherMap historical API is a paid feature, so I could include it for users who pay for the API. The Open-Meteo historical API is free, however.

I just wanted to suggest similar. In the evening I cannot even see the forecast from the morning. Can't you just store the last received data for a configurable amount of time?
