Max zoom level is too low for selecting location

In version 2.8.7 changelog:
RainViewer (radar provider) added a maximum zoom level

This update also affects location selection from map, making it now very difficult to accurately choose a specifc location (eg. a medium sized town).

This should be a fairly simple fix, I'll add it to the next version
