P49 add useful base-K3Z headless Patchworks helper defaults

• encode the minimal useful headless Patchworks scheduler recipe in the K3Z BeanShell helper
• use �nalysis/base.pin as the Phase 49 proving-ground surface
• capture the stronger base closeout proof from the real no-GUI run lifecycle
