Summary

  • closes the MKRF legacy decompile / PoC benchmark lane through Phase 59
  • publishes the parent FEMIC MKRF sample-model pages and the private MKRF PoC standalone docs lane
  • leaves the next architecture-defining work to Phase 60 under #173

Included work

  • completed the legacy MKRF recovery, PoC runtime package, benchmark comparison, and docs publication/handoff slices tracked under #172
  • renamed the runtime package to models/mkrf_patchworks_model_poc so it can coexist with the later canonical rebuild
  • added parent Sphinx pages for MKRF and extended the PoC docs/claim-boundary/handoff surfaces
  • added Windows Arbutus auth workflow support and docs improvements in the parent repo

Validation

  • docs contract checks
  • parent Sphinx build
  • standalone MKRF PoC docs Sphinx build
  • focused metadata/runtime checks as recorded in the issue trail and change log

Issue links

  • relates to #172
  • completes the current docs lane under #175
  • hands off next implementation work to #173

Docs publication note

The parent repo GitHub Pages workflow (docs-pages.yml) will rebuild the FEMIC docs on main push, including the new parent MKRF sample-model pages. The standalone private instance docs in external/femic-mkrf-instance/docs/ are wired separately via .readthedocs.yaml in the instance repo.
