Cleaned clearning, structure and added script for colored pages detection

This PR

• Changes the global structure, moving the imports into a package.tex file
• Removes many warnings by fixing the ordering of some package import
• Updates the GitHub action
• Adds a script to detect colored pages, which is asked when printing the manuscript
