Update Simplified Chinese localization (zh_cn.json) - Completed and refined the existing zh_cn.json based on en_us.json - Added missing translation entries (e.g., current enchanting power, incompatibility tooltip, enchanting power hint) - Preserved all format specifiers (%s, %d, etc.) and JSON structure - Ready for review and merge
