Stokesim could depend on GeographicLib for a more accurate geoid and gravity model (EGM96 instead of the current WGS84). Further, the GPS model can be improved, perhaps crudely, to render satellite positions so that uncertainty depends on geometric dilution of precision instead of the current additive noise.
