drop sikit/README.md + MIGRATION.md (migration completed long ago, sikit lives in the monorepo). studio CMakeLists header said the SI/ PI/EMI tabs were placeholders; all four (plus Mp) ship now. Camera3D.h referenced a sikit_core target that does not exist. Connector preset names carried (placeholder) suffix in the GUI menu even though the models are real first-pass curves. PadShape enum had per-enumerant v0 caveats; moved to a single struct-level note.
