A curated list of tools where AI agents do the actual SEO and GEO work: research, write, optimize, publish, and track. Not just assist.
Most SEO software still waits for you to do the work. You pick the keywords, write the brief, approve the draft, and hit publish. The tools here don't wait. They run multi-step SEO and GEO work on their own, from market research to a live page, and several track whether AI engines cite you afterward.
This list only includes tools that execute. Assistants that sit idle until you paste a prompt do not qualify. See Selection criteria for the bar.

A tool earns a spot if it does at least one full job end to end with no human step in between.
Writing a draft after you paste a keyword is assistance. Researching a site, building a content plan, writing the article, and publishing it to a CMS on a schedule is an agent. GEO tools qualify when they monitor AI-search visibility and tell you what to change, not when they print a score once and stop.
Tools are listed alphabetically inside each section. Each description says what the tool does, in plain language.
Tools that take a site or a keyword set and publish finished SEO articles without a person writing each one.

Sections that are thin today and want submissions: AI link building and outreach agents, and open-source or self-hostable projects.
