- Install snippet referenced @upstream-health/mcp-server which 404s on npm. The canonical published package is @upstream-intelligence/mcp. - Replace "high-leverage tasks" with "high-stakes, repeated tasks" per _config/VOICE.md (leverage is on the forbidden-words list for all public surfaces).
