Description

This PR cleans up the build tooling and configuration for the Soroban smart contract workspace without altering any core contract logic, addressing #138.

Changes

1. Removed wee_alloc: Dropped wee_alloc entirely from all contract dependency trees. It is unmaintained and deprecated, and the Soroban host environment allocator serves perfectly fine.
2. Added Workspace Release Profile: Implemented size-optimized WASM compilation settings (opt-level = "z", lto = true, codegen-units = 1) in the root Cargo.toml to drastically improve resulting WASM bundle sizes.
3. Cleaned dead deployment scripts: Removed the orphaned scripts/deploy.sh script which contained hardcoded contract demo IDs and was unreferenced in the CI pipeline.

Verification & Testing

• ✅ Evaluated the workspace build structure to confirm configuration applies globally.
• ⚠️ Note on Compilation: The utility_contracts currently has ~184 pre-existing borrow checker compilation errors on the main branch preventing a successful build completion, independent of these config changes. These will need to be resolved in a separate logic-fix PR.
