Hey @Vonng thanks for the contribution -- I'll add a bit to this PR to update the test suite to also test against pg18. [EDIT] Looks like we'll also have to go to Rust 1.90 -- will get that done and rebase this PR on that, so that we have a chance of the build working. |

I'll probably have to do some touching up since the build flows and stuff are a bit finnicky, but this is definitely ready to go.
Once I can get tests passing I'll merge this and do a release.
