Hi, this pull request includes some changes to HW2(based on the TA's comments) in addition to HW3, please feel free to ignore that because HW3 already includes those changes.

There are 3 visualizations:

1. Bar Chart: The interaction is with the tooltip, if you hover over the bars you can see the exact values of average incomes.
2. Hexbin: Animation is added to show the differences between age groups.
3. Sankey: The filters can be used to choose among 4 modes: Low risk, Medium risk, High risk, All
