Restores the thin WhipUI direction from the recovered design: capability detection, project-local provider setup, and host-neutral routing. Adds interactive/explicit setup for UI/UX Pro Max and Impeccable, Playwright MCP configuration for Codex/Claude/VS Code, doctor/setup commands, capability manifests, Project DNA and Design Fingerprint guidance, Pick from Web Reference Packet workflow, and tests/docs. No frontend agent, browser runtime, editor, or MCP server is bundled.
