Adds one cross-platform setup smoke test that invokes the WhipUI CLI, validates the approved Impeccable/UI/UX Pro Max installer plan, and verifies project-local Codex, VS Code, and Claude MCP config. Runs on Ubuntu, Windows, and macOS runners across Node 18/20/22; macOS also verifies the Apple/Xcode runner. This covers the Windows EINVAL regression and the requested Linux/Windows/iOS-host setup matrix.
