This commit adds fields for unit price and subtotal without taxes in the Global Detail with Cost report. Recalculates discounts and margins based on tax-excluded values. Updates the report view so displayed amounts are consistent and not inflated by taxes. Includes a migration step to populate the new tax-excluded values and keep the existing data consistent.
