Fix macOS CI build issues (libtinfo + fcommon)

Fixes macOS cross-compile on GitHub Actions by adding a libtinfo workaround and enabling -fcommon in native_cdrkit.

Downloaded macos-binaries from (Artifacts) in our Github Actions.
(The notes below are for Mac users updating their Veil.)
Launched in macOS Terminal with ./veil-qt

Tested on an Intel Mac with macOS Monterey. ✓ Just remember to okay the first time use with the security prompt.

Tested on an M4 Apple Silicon Mac with macOS Sequoia.
The first attempt to use it will fail. ✓ Remember to go to in System Settings (the equivalent of macOS Preferences) to Privacy & Security and scroll all the way down to Security, where you can "[Allow Anyway]", and then start Veil again. THIS time you will get the option in the prompt to Open Anyway.

Note that there are all the other artefacts for various Linux architectures and for Windows. :)
