[Fix] [Portfolio]: route home link in RestrictedAccess to portfolio homepage

Description

On the portfolio private preview / restricted access page, the "Back to Homepage" link pointed to siteConfig.links.main (https://veriworkly.com), taking users completely out of the portfolio app. This change updates the link to point to the portfolio homepage (/) and removes the unused siteConfig import. A contract unit test has also been added to verify that the link points to the portfolio root path.
