I've pushed changes to address the feedback, but the coding agent reported the work is incomplete: fixed the three visible format/bundle failures but could not diagnose the very_good_cli / build and e2e / flame_game failures because their logs were truncated and Dart 3.13 is unavailable locally

Review the new commits before considering the feedback fully addressed.
