Adds a Codex-native, read-only subagent for product-specific UI finish-gate reviews.
It checks hierarchy, generic AI defaults, real control outcomes, required states, responsive behavior, design tokens, and surface-level accessibility signals. When the parent agent provides UIZZE references, it can use the 800,000+ real web and iOS screen catalogue as evidence without copying another product's interface.
