Closing this candidate intake because the published DSH 0.1.7-rc.2 package still rejects released descriptor-v2 historical sessions (SessionFormatUnsupportedMigrationError). Repository contracts passed, but they do not qualify user-data migration or a Portable release. The core channel now has an exact-package migration gate (DSH-Portable-Updates ca62828); revisit with a new immutable upstream release that passes that gate.
