Public repos cannot call reusable workflows hosted in a private repo — GitHub fails the run with
workflow was not foundbefore any job is scheduled. The fleet canonicalmcp-server-release.ymlmoved into the privateWYRE-AI/.githubduring the org migration, breakingrelease.ymlfleet-wide. The reusable workflows now live in the publicWYRE-AI/reusable-workflows(content audited; predecessors already public inwyre-technology/.github).
