Migrates this SDK off the old @wyre-technology org identity per the fleet-wave checklist in github-org-migration.md:
This also fixes the currently-failing Release run on main (E403 publishing the old @wyre-technology scope from a WYRE-AI-owned repo). CHANGELOG.md left untouched.
