Summary

• rewrite the README for a concise recruiter and contributor overview
• document the Lovable prototype origin and subsequent engineering evolution
• explain the deliberate Anthropic API limitation in the public showcase
• document the verified Next.js, Supabase, Edge Function, CI, security, and local-development architecture
• clarify client-safe and server-only environment variables
• remove an unused Lovable auth adapter/dependency and an unused placeholder asset

Follow-up

npm audit currently reports three high-severity findings in transitive Next.js dependencies. npm's proposed remediation requires a breaking Next 16 upgrade, so that upgrade is intentionally outside this focused documentation change.
