Duniter v2 is out after years of development. It's a UBI project with a web of trust at its core which has been live since march 2017. 9 years after its launch, the ecosystem evolved to use Polkadot-sdk (our announce on their forum https://forum.polkadot.network/t/duniter-solo-chain/17277).
This new software was a prerequisite to welcome more people on the web of trust which now counts 7000 members mostly in Spain and France (https://carte.monnaie-libre.fr/).
