• Final paper for INSC 598 (Privacy, Surv., & Trust) - link to draft - please feel free to just read the abstract for now, there are sections that I'd like to tighten before you fully review

• Meeting with Rachel Erstad (debrief from last week)

  • Talked about individual obligations
    • Mostly overlap -- mutual interest in having something to show for our work; recognizing our potential contribution is not just local
    • RE / HBC prioritize their relationships with the labor community - and is aware of the possibility that WW might not want to have a public-facing report <-
  • Scheduling mtg with Danielle (at WW) to discuss their needs & concerns and share ours - ideally in Dec but likely early Jan
    • atm WW has this prelim writeup of findings (feel free to mock up this copy)
    • The goal is to figure out timeline, next steps, potential framing for findings
      • Possibility of both a public-facing report and an 'internal' deliverable to WW
    • Also will ask about what supplemental data they'd be able to share w us
    • RE is interested in interviews w workers to account for underrepresentation in survey responses (compared w consumer survey responses)
  • Data deletion in 1yr (April 2025)
  • Advising Q

• Brief update from Minsu at PowerSwitch (the tentative CA CCPA collab)
