[Provider features]: Healthcare provider should generate proof of payment

As User(Healthcare provider) I should generate a proof of payment(receipt) for patient after I redeem the voucher

• After redeem the voucher from patient the system should generate a receipt for patient as a proof of payment
• The receipt should have information about the following

     The receipt should have:

       - Dates
       - Patient information like names, 
       - Healthcare provider Information
       - The amount information
