[WiiQare Admin]: View registered users and providers

As User(Admin) I should be able to view all the registered users(patients) and healthcare providers

• I should be able to view/list all the registered patient and their information

             All the information related to patient, like frequency for visiting hospital, payments and so on..
      

• I should be able to view/list all the registered healthcare providers and their information

• I should be able to view information related to service (packages) that healthcare provider provides

• I should be ale to also manage users and healthcare providers like temporary disable the account
