[FR] Local user-defined chips/lists #177

Description

@Anam0x

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am using ShowCase/MovieDB app locally. I would like to create custom "buckets" for my tracked movies and TV series (e.g., "Spanish Language," "AFI Top 100 Movies," "Superhero Movies," etc.) This would make tracking large numbers of movies/series more manageable as I can clearly designate what "bucket(s)" a given project belongs to.

The closest current feature is the tagging system. However, I believe a custom chip solution would be a more seemless approach as the user can simply select the appropriate chip in the top navigational bar of the Saved tab.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to create user-designed local chips/lists. Films/series can belong to one or more chips/lists. User-defined local chips/lists would appear in the same navigational bar as chips like All, Watching, or Watched.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative would be to keep the tagging system as the primary mechanism for user-defined categorization. A second smaller bar could be added above or below the current chip bar allowing users to toggle certain tags ON/OFF.

Additional context
I recently installed the app, so I am still exploring it. My apologies if this is an already supported feature, feel free to ignore and delete this request if this is the case.
