When browsing through items I find it inconvenient to open each movie or serie to know if I added it to my watchlist already of the rating I gave to it. When already rated, opening the card isn't enough as the user given rating is only visible when clicking on the 'rating' button.

Extra info on cards of items when browsing such as if in watchlist and if already watched the rating given by the user
Describe alternatives you've considered
opening each card, then clicking on the rating button to know what's the rating I gave the item in the past
Additional context
The info could be either next to the title in the bottom of the card or with a semi transparent flair in the upper corner of the cards. If watched uses the watchlist symbol as full or colored. If rated the rating should appear. If none then nothing or if possible an hollow watchlist symbol to click to quick add it to the watchlist.
