Purpose

Correct the three verified stale/incomplete zh-CN live-route surfaces and prevent this drift class from recurring.

Included

  • removes the obsolete manual-CSV exception from the zh-CN lobby and message-routing instructions;
  • aligns the zh-CN visitor-lobby model with the canonical optional-registration rule;
  • adds protected literal coverage for those three surfaces;
  • adds a diff-based zh-CN source-freshness check, with hash-bound acknowledgements for reviewed English-only changes;
  • clarifies canonical-source maintenance in CONTRIBUTING.md without weakening the portable runtime entrypoint;
  • adds bilingual acknowledgements for OpenAI Codex and DeepSeek as AI collaborators;
  • prepares bilingual v0.3.2 repository release notes.

Deliberate non-changes

No Registry Contract v1, schema, runtime path, JSON key, status value, permission, generated-view, or English-canonical protocol change.

Review gates

  • Registry validation workflow must pass.
  • Confirm the zh-CN wording preserves the English operational force.
  • Confirm the freshness test enumerates paired surfaces dynamically and does not treat timestamps as proof of review.
  • Confirm the runtime entrypoint retains its unconditional no-handle/no-write gate.
