Hi @vedran-kasalica, the new schema works on our test instance at UP and for the proteomics domain, workflows are generated with the example Inputs and Outputs.

So the inputs and outputs are loaded without issues, but the constraints cannot be loaded. This persists after cleaning the cache as well? Is the Workflomics instance available on a public URL? I am curious about the console output, as well as the network call that is failing

Yep, even with a private window, that error persists. Will send you the logs via PM since the instance is not public.
